Chaintech präsentiert übertaktete GeForce 6800 PCIe

Die neue Chaintech AE6800 APOGEE ist bereits von Haus aus auf 358MHz Core-Takt und 660MHz Speichertakt aufegbohrt und besitzt 2,5ns anstatt der sonst üblichen 2,8ns RAMs.

Um die Temperatur und Geräuschentwicklung der Karte im grünen Bereich zu halten , verwendet Chaintech die bereits bekannten Kühler-Lösungen des Schweizer Herstellers Arctic Cooling.

Natürlich ist die Karte als PCIe Version auch SLI fähig und verfügt über all die bekannten Features des GeForce 6800 Chips.

Chaintech, a worldwide designer and manufacturer of scalable and affordable motherboard and VGA card solutions, launched the NVIDIA latest PCI Express GeForce 680 series Video card on August 19th, 2005.

With high speed 2.5ns graphic memory, GeForce 6800 APOGEE series has left the 2.8ns of other card makers far behind. Its Swiss designed Arctic cooling fan expands the horizons of the overclocking performance. The shipments were set up 10% overclocking of both the core clock and the memory clock in order to achieve the high performance.

With the PCI Express X16 transfer speed up to 4GB/s, GeForce 6800 can offer two times of transfer speed than VGA cards of AGP 8X. Also, it possesses CineFX™ 3.0 engine and the second generation of UltraShadow™ II technology, which provides high-resolution graphics. The new generation Intellisample 3.0™ anti-alias technology amplifies the 3D performance of Microsoft® DirectX® 9.0c (Shader Model 3.0)

Chaintech GeForce 6800 series is designed to fit 256 bit memory interface, 358MHz engine clock and 660MHz memory clock. It also supports NVIDIA latest SLI technology, which can provide brilliant effect on 3D performance.
