Gigabyte K8NS Ultra -Welches Bios ist am besten?

Hallo.

Ich möchte gerne wissen, welches Bios IHR auf dem Board habt (oder hattet) und wie es lief. Welches ist im Bezug auf OCin am stabilsten und am meisten "ausreizbar"?
