NVIDIA Continues to Lead the GPU Computing Revolution

NVIDIA became the first hardware vendor to receive WHQL Certification for DirectCompute in Windows 7.

No other hardware vendor has yet to even release a BETA driver supporting DirectCompute, the new GPU Computing API native to Windows 7.

"Windows 7 combined with applications that take advantage of the new DirectCompute technology have the potential to transform the personal computing experience" said Mike Ybarra, general manager for Windows Product Management at Microsoft.

Version 190.62 driver will be released on nvidia.com later today for all Windows operating systems.
