Crysis 2: DirectX 11 Patch noch diese Woche?

Entsprechend hatten viele Nutzer auf den Day-One-Patch gesetzt, welcher nun auch zum manuellen Download bereit steht. Dieser brachte zwar einige Bugfixes, aber eben kein DirectX 11.

Tiago Sousa, Principal R&D Graphics Programmer bei Crytek, ließ nun via Twitter verlauten:

"Cooking some great DX11 tech bits for C2 fans, be patient guys. All I can say, is that we have 16 ms or more to have fun with pc hardware..."

Community Manager Tom kündigt an:

"We’ve been working hard to resolve as many of the post-launch issues as possible including some improvements to our game security. These updates will be made available via automatic-download later this week."

Die Chancen stehen demnach nicht schlecht, dass Crysis 2 bald auch DirectX 11 unterstützen wird.
