Club3D zeigt MST-Hub - Ein Videoausgang für drei Monitore

Der niederländische Hardwarehersteller Club3D hat den eigenen Angaben nach weltweit ersten 'Multi Stream Transport Hub' (MST) vorgestellt, der es ermöglicht, mit nur einem Videoausgang bis zu drei Monitore anzusteuern. Technisch nutzt der MST-Hub die Bandbreite des DisplayPorts und splittet das Signal in drei Einzelsignale auf, wobei die Ausgabe via VGA, DVI, HDMI (Adapter) oder eben DisplayPort erfolgen kann.

Die maximale Auflösung je Monitor beträgt 2560 x 1600 Pixel bei 60 Hz und der Nutzung der DisplayPort-Version 1.2 MST. Via DP 1.1 oder DP 1.2 SST kann je Monitor eine Auflösung von 1920 x 1080 Pixeln erreicht werden.
