Das musst Du nicht seperat beantragen, also den Schutz des Vereinsnamens schon (eingetragenes Warenzeichen), aber das Copyright des Videos nicht, denn solange der Urheber die anderen nicht vom Urheberrecht entbindet, mit der Klausel:

...solange ist auch niemand berechtigt, das "Dokument" zu vervielfältigen oder ähnliches. So ist es zumindest bei Software, bei Videomaterial sollte es ähnlich sein.
