2x512MB DDR-Ram pc266 - Marktwert??

Hi, blöde Frage, aber wie viel bekomme ich noch für 2 (noName) 512MB DDR-Riegel (PC266)??
Will nämlich demnächst aufrüsten auf 2xPC400... Ist CL 3 besser als CL2.5??

Hoffe ihr könnt helfen, will nicht extra warten, bis ne ebay-auktion ausläuft....

ne cl2.5 ist besser.
hmm.. 50 euro für nen gebrauchten 512er pc400(mdt) ich würd sagen so 60/70 für die beiden noname..pc266eher weniger...
