router blockt downloads

hallo leute

ich habe seit neustem das problem das mein router ( wlan) einer von smc , alle downloads die ich machen will blockt ...

wenn ich irgendwas von einer seite laden will laedt er einfach 60 kb und dann wars das und im router steht dann

"blocked succesfuly ip 26... usw"

kann mir einer helfen ?
