Secure Boot an oder aus

Hallo, ich benötige Hilfe bzgl. einer Bios einstellung.*
Es geht um Secure Boot welche auf meinen MSI Z370 Board standardmäßig DEAKTIVIERT ist. Ich werde daraus nicht schlau die einen sagen ich muss es unbedingt aktivieren ansonsten sei mein PC gefährdet. Die anderen sagen es kann deaktiviert bleiben....

Könnt ihr mir helfen? Ich will Windows endlich Installatieren.
