virusmeldung aber nicht löschbar

hi,
ich habe eine frage: norton antivirus 05 meldet mir dauert einen virus (trojan.vundo) nur kann er mit dem virus einfach gar nichts machen, nicht löschen, quarantine, oder reparieren.
hat jemand ne idee was ich da machen kann?

des removeltool hab ich auch schonmal ausprobiert. nur findet des tool nix :(
