Asus a7n8x-xe Bios Funtionen
 

Hallo zusammen ich wollte mein CPU auf meinen Asus a7n8x-xe etwas übertakten leider fehler mir dafür von Bios aus einige funktionen.
Und wollte daher fragen ob einer von euch mir vll weiterheölfen kann vll auch mit einer inoffiziellen bios version für mein mainboard.

Erstmal meine Pc daten :

Mainboard : a7n8x-xe von Asus
Cpu : Amd Athlon XP 3000+
Ram : Corsair 1024Mb Pc3500
Netzteil : 600Watt
Grafickarte AGP8x Asus v9999 Gamer Edition 16Pixel Pipelines Geforce 6800

Kannst du nicht mal den FSB erhöhen????

Hast du es mal mit BIOS updates versucht???

Den fsb schon aber nur um 10Mhz das bringts nicht wirklich und ab 211 wird er instabil

Auf V-Core usw. kann man nicht zugreifen....

Ich glaub da hast du wohl ein etwas ungünstiges Maiboard für OC gewählt...
Hast du es mit OC Software versucht??

was für ne software sagen wirs so ich hab nTune und CPUMSR probiert und die bringt mir auch nix komm nicht an die vCore einstellungen dran

An den V-Core wirst du damit net kommen....

Dann befürchte ich sind diese Funktionen locked...

Wenn alles freigeschaltet ist kann höchstens ein BIOS update helfen, sonst ein anderes Board...

vielleicht mal dort schauen. aber genau dein motherboard konnte ich gerad nicht sehen. aber vielleicht geht ein anderes bios auch für dein motherboard. aber ich würde es lieber lassen.

Es gibt Merlin und Matay Ray D10 und so Bios Versionen für das ASUS.
Ich selber fahr sowas auf meinem Abit (D27 Merlin TaiPen Speedtable 1T Timing)
So sieht des dann aus:

Aber eigentlich sollte Vcore und so bei dir Frei sein...
instabil bei 211 kann auch Ram sein

Also bei meinem A7N8X sind vCore und FSB auch mit Standardbios frei einstellbar, allerdings hat die Erhöhung des FSB keine Wirkung ;)

Da brauchst du ein andres BIOS, wie Weberli schon gesagt hat.

Es ist ein Unterschied zwischen einem normalen A7N8X und einem A7N8X-XE - lezteres ist um eben diese Einstellung "beraubt" worden. Daher kann man da auch nix einstellen.

Ich kenn auch keine OC-Biose für das XE (hab schonmal für nen Kumpel gesucht - der hat sich dann ein anderes Board gekauft, weils kein OC-Bios gab)

Wieder was dazugelernt ;)
Die *-XE Version hab ich bis jetzt garnicht gekannt, nur die *-X bzw. *-Deluxe Version.
