Gigabyte GA990XA-UD3 Chipset Feature?

Hi, habe bei meinem Mainboard (GA990XA-UD3) ein BIOS Update gemacht auf Version 9B und jetzt habe ich eine Funktion mit der ich nicht viel anfangen kann! Unter Advanced Chipset Feature ist eine Funktion die nennt sich SB Spread Spectrum und das steht auf disabled ist das richtig oder muss ich das auf enabled setzten?
