1800+t-bred auf wieviel mit wieviel v-core?

hi,
ich weiß zwar das man des net so genaus sagen kann aber auf wieviel MHz kriegt man den 1800+ t-bred und mit wieviel v-core sollte man arbeiten???

hab das nforce2 von leadtek!!!

vielleicht kann mir jemand helfen!!!
