Asus M3A78 PRO und optimale Bios-Einstellungen

Hi an alle,

hab das oben genannte Bord (Asus M3A78 PRO)

Wie bekomme ich die optimalen Bioseinstellungen raus (gibt es so etwas überhaupt)?

Unabhängig davon, kommt mir die Mb-Temperatur mit 55 Grad laut Everest und Bios etwas hoch vor oder???

Gibt es nicht. Groß optimieren (außer dem ändern von FSB/RAM-Takt ectpp) kann man im BIOS eh nicht mehr.
