Da ich aber deine Englischkentnisse nicht kenne übersetz ich dir mal den Grundgedanken:
Die Funktion sagt einem Pixel das es so schnell wie möglich wechseln soll.
Allerdings treten dadurch auch oft kleinere Bildfehler auf.
Die meisten neueren Monitore haben dies aber schon eingebaut.
