So habe Email bekommen von Club3D. Das stand drin:

The fault description you provided is that of a defective product, please
accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
Flashing the BIOS of your graphics card would not solve the issue, the GPU is
most likely defective.
Please contact the place of purchase and ask them to test and replace it for
you (RMA request).

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
