Ridiculous, ain't it? If your fan speed gets much above 5000 RPM and stays there for very long (like when you are doing burn-in or stress tests on your CPU), this little warning will pop up. So it is basically an ignorable thing.
If you want it to shut up and never bother you again, just do not plug your CPU fan into the MB CPU_FAN connector. Use a molex or one of the case fan connectors and this "problem" will cease.
