Hat sich erledigt,
hab mittlerweile vom Suport folgende email erhalten:
Dear Mr. Whistler,
if no correlative label (as shown in our last mail) is on the modul
than it is NO original Infineon modul.
It is a modul who is equipped with Infineon RAM ICs (from a third
party supplier)
