For drivers for other operating systems then XP go to

Deinstall all current winfast programs and drivers on your system.
go to start run
type msconfig
go to the startup tab
uncheck everything for now
reboot/shutdown
It Could be IRQ confliction problem. Please rearrange your TV2000 XP into
another PCI slot, then set the IRQ value of the PCI slot ( which TV2000 XP
plug in ) in the CMOS setting and make sure it does not shared with other
devices.
A common problem with TV-Cards is a conflict between the TV-Card and other
PCI devices. These are often surmountable by simply swapping the cards
around between PCI slots. As a general rule of thumb I try putting the
TV-Card in the PCI slot next to the Graphics card (AGP or PCI) but this can
be hit and miss. I've found that a TV-Card will work in one slot but not
another.
Use device manager to ensure that you don't have any existing IRQ conflicts
and attempt to free up an IRQ by disabling any unused hardware.
Install the driver first then the winfast pvr software
Use the codec pack from
http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Mega_Codec_Pack.htm
Please set youre winfast workarea to a different drive or partition
we suggest you to change the video quality setting as "Normal quality" or
"Better quality". Please press right button of your mouse on the Video
display Window and reset the Video Quality.

Did you connect the audio cable from your tv-cards line-out to the line-in
of youre soundcard. Did you also set that line on to the audio recording
line of winPVR.
The audio control line is the line you can control with youre remote if the
Winfast wizard is loaded
