World in Conflict: Freitag kommt die Demo [Update]

Kommenden Freitag, am 24. August, wird es soweit sein. Dann will Massive Entertainment die Demo von "World in Conflict" zum kostenlosen Download bereitstellen. Inhaltlich soll die Demo folgendes bieten:

• Tutorial: US Airbase
• First public experience with the games epic single-player campaign in "The Battle of Pine Valley"
• Multiplayer combat for up to 16 players in a match
• Multiplayer Map: "Seaside" (US vs. USSR)
• Exclusive Bonus Map: Customers who have pre-ordered the game will also be able to play a second MP map called "Ruins" (US vs. USSR)
• Skirmish Mode: For the first time, players will be able to hone their combat skills versus bots (available only on "Seaside")
• Fully enabled online support through Massgate, including:
• Few-player-mode
• Clan matches
• Full access to Massgate and its browser based web component

Nutzer von DirectX 10 Hardware dürfen sich freuen, das Spiel soll die neuen Effekte eindrucksvoll nutzen.
