GeIL geht noch einen Schritt weiter

Vor kurzem hatten OCZ und Kingston die ersten DDR500-Speichermodule vorgestellt. Der Hersteller GeIL geht jetzt noch eine Stufe höher und kommmt mit PC4200, bzw. DDR533-Modulen, auf den Markt. Diese sollen mit 266 MHz betrieben werden können. Bei einer Spannung von 2,6 bis 2,95 V sind Timings von 3.0-4-4-8 möglich. Preise wurden noch keine genannt.
