Max Payne 3 noch später?

Eigentlich sollte Max Payne 3 ja im Winter 2009 erscheinen, das hat bekanntermaßen nicht geklappt. Dann hieß es, das Game würde im März erscheinen. Auch das soll nun nicht mehr stimmen, auch wenn bei Amazon weiterhin der 12. März als Releasetermin genannt wird.

Ein anonymer Ex-Mitarbeiter von Rockstar Vancouver hat den Mannen von Joystiq.com erzählt, dass Max Payne 3 nun im August 2010 erscheinen soll - und dass der Termin ziemlich unwahrscheinlich sei.

"The game's story just went through another total re-write earlier this month (the third that I am aware of in the past two years) and that [means] the team would have to have all of the content done by April or May to make that August release date."

Wenn das stimmt, dann wird es nicht lange dauern, bis Max Payne 3 auch offiziell verschoben wird.
