Duke Nukem Forever kommt 2011 - Gearbox kauft Lizenz

Gearbox hat 3DRealms die Lizenzen für den Duke abgekauft und wird das Spiel, mit dem schon niemand mehr gerechnet hat, im kommenden Jahr zusammen mit 2K Games auf den Markt bringen.

Duke Nukem Forever soll inhaltlich schon fertig gestellt sein, es wird aber noch am Feinschliff gearbeitet. Auf der offiziellen Webseite werden auch schon interessierte Spieletester gesucht.

Bei Gearbox zeigt man sich erfreut. Randy Pitchford, Präsident von Gearbox Software, lässt im passenden Ton verlauten:
