Die Hersteller gehen immer öfter dazu über bereits vor der CeBIT über ihre neuen Produkte zu sprechen, vermutlich weil die einzelnen Nachrichten im "CeBIT-Sturm" untergehen. Nach ASUS hat nun auch Albatron einige Produkte vorab vorgestellt.

Wie zu erwarten war, wird Albatron neuen Grantsdale-Mainboards für Intels Pentium 4 im Sockel 775 vorstellen. Dazu gesellen sich Grafikkarten von NVIDIA mit den neuesten PCI Express-Chipsätzen. Um sich von der Konkurrenz abzusetzen präsentiert Albatron eine kabellose Audio-Lösung für Mainboards. Per WLAN will man digitale Audiodaten an einen Kopfhörer oder Boxen übermitteln, sicherlich eine interessante Möglichkeit. Als weitere Produkte kündigte Albatron neue TFT-Displays für den PC sowie für das digitale Fernsehen an. Pressemitteilung Albatron gears up to make big splash at CeBIT 2004! Albatron Technology Co., LTD, a leading manufacturer of IT equipment, once again has its sights set on making a big splash at this year’s CeBIT computer exhibition in Hannover, Germany. Last year, Albatron’s traditional Chinese booth design received much acclaim from both media and customers. This year, Albatron is again pulling out all the stops, reserving exhibition floor space next to nVIDIA covering a total of 220 square meters. This year’s booth (Stand A32) will be the 4th largest of all exhibitors in the prestigious Hall 23. Albatron promises to light up this year’s big show, showcasing an exciting line of new technology. CeBIT, the largest computer trade-show in the world gives exhibitors a chance to showoff their latest technology and give their products maximum exposure. This year’s opening day will be March 18th, in Hannover, Germany. You will be able to sample precision level, high performance technology at the Albatron booth. Live demos are planned showcasing the most recent Grantsdale mainboard and nVIDIA VGA card both using the new revolutionary PCI Express technology. Albatron will also have a full display case of VGA cards using the latest generations of nVIDIA FX series GPUs. Also, Albatron will show off a mainboard with wireless audio using long distance 802.11g Wireless Technology allowing the user to enjoy crystal clear headphone audio without being attached to any system. Albatron’s IA division (Image Display Equipment) will showcase their latest super slim LCD TV. Additionally, a new 30-inch LCD TV will showoff a built-in card reader. Finally, a new LCD monitor with built-in PCB board will be on display, combining the best of both PC and TV facilities. In the last two years, Jack Ko and his team of elite IT professionals have made incredible inroads into a very competitive VGA and Mainboard market to become a leading IT manufacturer, with proven first-tier capabilities. Moreover, Albatron’s close partnership with important vendors, particularly nVIDIA and Intel, have set the stage for continued future growth. Albatron again plans to go all out for CeBIT and hopes to make a significant showing at this year’s 2004 exhibit.
