Docs.com: Microsoft und Facebook starten Online-Office

Mit Google Documents hat Google bereits seit einiger Zeit eine kostenlose Online-Office-Suite im Angebot. Nun zog Microsoft nach und veröffentlichte das Online-Office Docs.com, das als Facebook-Applikation angeboten wird. Entwickelt wurde Docs.com von den Microsoft FUSE Labs.

Derzeit läuft die Beta von Docs.com und interessierte Nutzer können sich mit ihrem Facebook-Account auf Docs.com anmelden und die Applikation bereits testen. Nutzer sollen über Docs.com auf einfache Art und Weise Dokumente bearbeiten und mit ihren Facebook-Freunden austauschen können.

Microsoft auf der Docs.com-Homepage zum neuen Angebot:
